Founded in 1989 by the Sons of Mary, Ina-anak, Inc. and the Ladies of Charity of Pasay, Pangarap Shelter for Street Children is now under the auspices of Pangarap Foundation, Inc., offering a Gospel-based integrated ministry not only to children in need of special protection but also to their families.
